Have any new items been developed in the past I2 months? Are there any current trends leading to development of specific new product types?
We are constantly exploring the world for new and innovative products. We have a staff of seasoned product managers who create marketing plans including packaging and advertising via radio, print, television spots and lnfomercials. This is done in conjunction with the retail sales department to properly launch the product with all major chains nationally and internationally. We are currently working on several categories such as kitchen products, cleaning, health and beauty, and pet products.

Do you provide any private label items, or do you only develop your own brand names for the products that you make and market?
We have been extremely successful in developing our own brand names for products that we source, manufacture and market. We are the only fully integrated direct response marketing company. We can either handle everything on a turnkey basis or clients can select just the service components needed. We are flexible. Inventors or rights holders generally opt for a turn key package in which we fund inventory development, production, marketing campaigns and retail receivables. They participate in decisions and receive royalty checks. _ One advantage of working on a turnkey basis is that we can coordinate manufacturing with product demand from each channel. such as retail. direct-response television and catalog. Other clients work with us strictly on a distribution deal basis to build retail sales, while still others call on us for such specialty-service components as fulfillment.

Regarding outlets for your products have you expanded into new retailers within the past I2 months? Are you Planning to do so this year? Have your current retailers devoted more space to your items?
Our expansion varies from year to year, depending on the types of products we develop. Since we are consistently developing something new and varied, we are also steadily expanding into new channels to market our products. We value our established relationships with our retailers because we maintain a partnership relationship with them, we have been fortunate enough to have been offered the opportunities to expand our space at several chains.
